  • Real life story . . . my daughter was in an auto accident and needed surgery. Surgery was accomplished and several weeks later I got a bill from the anesthesiology group. On the bill was a charge for $1500 for the nurse anesthetist and another charge, also for $1500, for the anesthesiologist.
